Dear Mr. Robotham,

Thank you for your letter of the 24th October, and Thacker must have completely misunderstood your remarks to him, as he was sure that you did not know who I was, and that you would like the opportunity of meeting me. I only intended to convey in my letter that we were old friends.

It is surprising how many people have not realised my move here, even Bob Coverly was surprised when he called here this week.

Hives has already visited Castle Bromwich a few months ago, but I can assure you we shall be very pleased for yourself and him to have a "look-see" what progress we have made.
