With regard to the attached memo. concerning petrol for Hewitt, it has been laid down by the Department of Mines that they will not supply petrol for going home to lunch. Our certificate must only cover one journey each way a day, which from Duffield to Belper would be about 150 miles a month. Does Hewitt need such a certificate ?
