Difficulties with the 10.B.V. petrol filler due to incorrect vent pipe fitting.

Dixon - Fuel Systems}6/JH.22.3.39. 10.B.V. Petrol filler. The difficulty experienced when filling the tank is due to the fact that the coach builders are not fitting the vent pipe correctly. They are fitting the air vent pipe with a dip in it which becomes full of petrol and prevents the air escaping. The vent pipe must never dip below the level of the top of the tank.
