Copy of letter from The A.T.Speedometer Co.Ltd 2. A suggestion has been made to use a Jaegar type instrument for this enquiry, but, frankly, we do not recommend this, as there would be serious difficulty to meet the R.P.M of the Rolls-Royce car, which would mean using a gear box attachment, and as you will, we hope, agree, it is only a question of time before such an extra fitment begins to give trouble. We hope to be through with the new light weight instrument, embodying this new mileage, in two to three weeks, but we are most anxious that it shall not be put forward to you in any premature way. We want it to be absolutely right first. Assuring you always of our best attention, We beg to remain, Yours faithfully, For THE A.T.SPEEDOMETER CO.LTD. sgd. H.R.Buckland Director. | ||
