Mr. Hancock from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}

We have received a telegram from Paris saying that you require a spring and bolt for the torque reaction damper. We are sending the parts off to them. In the meantime there is no reason, of course, why the car should not run with one of these not working.

With reference to oil. Will you please let us know whether you have yet received the 2 barrels of oil which are on order. I believe sometimes Wakefields send it to a local Garage in Chateauroux. Croyden should know how they have obtained it before. We are trying to make arrangements so that you can obtain oil direct.

We have received your wire saying that you have had a top leaf of the N.S. front spring break. The spare springs were sent off from Derby on Wednesday last. We hope that you will have received them by the time you receive this.

Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}
