Messrs. B.H.B. Pistons,
The Green,
Twickenham,
Middlesex.

Dear Sirs,

With reference to your letter of the 23rd. inst.

We note that you consider the weight of one of your pistons suitable for our 40/50 HP. engine would be 1 3/4 to 2 lbs. Our own piston weighs just over 1 1/2 lbs.

We do not think, for the time being, it is worth while your proceeding with the design of this piston. If in the future the piston question again comes up, we will take the opportunity of writing you and going further into the matter.

Yours faithfully,
