We are now in receipt of a quotation from Messrs. Thos. Firth & John Brown Limited, from which it would appear that the cheapest way to produce N.M.C.rings for the manufacture of brake liners for use in connection with an aluminium hpusing is to have them cast by the centrifugal process. They would propose to cast a pot from which two liners could be made and rough machine same all over and the price for one pot to make two rings would be £.7.2.6. BY/EM. | ||
