To "CH" London c. "Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}" Derby 84013. Sèvres Hm{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs}23/RH.{R. Hollingworth}31.10.32 Chassis 116-GN. Baron de la{L. A. Archer} Gravière. This gentleman is a comparatively new Rolls-Royce owner and very satisfied with the exception of overheating. We have done everything we know of here to overcome the trouble including the indented tube radiator, but on some of the passes in the Pyrenées, boiling still takes place. Have the experimental Department got something to offer in the way of an improved radiator? If so, I recommend we supply the Baron with one. He is of the opinion that a further 8% to 10% improvement would overcome the trouble. I am pretty certain that the Baron will go in for a new Rolls-Royce car in the no distant future, providing we make him perfectly satisfied with his present car. His present radiator would be taken over by us as good stock. "Hm{Capt. W.
