1. Identity numbers of covers running on each vehicle.
2. Type of vehicle to which fitted.
3. Laden weights of front and rear axles.
4. Inflation pressure of front and rear covers.
5. Positions occupied by covers on vehicle.
6. Date fitted.
7. Mileage to date.
