Dear Sirs,

Re Long type Clutch.

We have to acknowledge with many thanks receipt of your letter of the 10th instant and in reply thereto would advise that the particular points you raise in your letter are at the present time the subject of negotiation between the Long people and this Company.

We gather that the impression you obtained in connection with the Long type Clutch during your recent visit to our Works was due to the fact that we have recently received complete manufacturing drawings and details etc. The actual complete technical data is on its way.

We shall be pleased to keep you advised regarding our progress of this type clutch.

Yours faithfully,
BORG & BECK COMPANY LIMITED.
