Group Hm{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs}'s Clerical Staff. Despatch to: Use of copies:- Please note that when taking telephone messages from outside the Clan Foundry, either from other R.R. Departments or outside Firms, the message should be typed out and placed on Hm{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs}'s desk, with the date, time of arrival and the name of the person who gave it. This last is most important as it is sometimes exceedingly difficult to trace the origin of messages, particularly from outside Firms. Customer..................
