TO HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} FROM RS.{Sir Henry Royce's Secretary}

ORIGINAL

RS{Sir Henry Royce's Secretary}1/M14.11.22.

STANDARDISATION SHEETS.

(1) Deletion of the trigger on change speed lever for the reverse.
(2) Brake for generator drive.

The above are returned herewith, having been agreed and signed by Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}

You will notice that these sheets have also been agreed and signed by R.{Sir Henry Royce} It has occurred to us that this rule, if followed in the future, would save considerable time and trouble.

Would you kindly say if there is any reason why R.{Sir Henry Royce} and Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} should not approve standardisation sheets at the same time; if not we propose for the future to obtain both signatures at once, to eliminate time and trouble in sending them to WW. twice.

RS.{Sir Henry Royce's Secretary}
