Complaints are being received owing to the fact that the front wheels cannot be revolved when the front of the car is jacked up by means of the hydraulic jacks. Will you please let us know whether any modification can be applied to overcome this defect as it seems necessary that customers should be able to revolve the wheels for balancing purposes or washing etc. At present we have to tell them to use a separate jack, which does not seem very satisfactory when built-in jacks are already incorporated. Sales regard this matter as important and urgent and they consider that any modification should be incorporated retrospectively. Hd{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy}/SB{Mr Bull/Mr Bannister}28 | ||
