Confirming the appointment of draughtsmen to organize blueprint cabinets and complete drawing sets for the Clan Foundry.

This is to confirm that you will appoint three or four of your detail draughtsmen to work on the cabinets on the EBs. EWs. DBs. DWs. GBs. GWs. FBs.{F. Bell-Scott} FWs. The proposal is to use as many of the Experimental blueprints as possible to fill in the shortages in these cabinets and then get out a list of missing drawings. Mattinson will then supply these missing drawings, which will enable us to have a complete set of detail prints for our use at the Clan Foundry.
