(3) L.E.C.3412. as fitted up by Exp.Dept. with 1" lever.

Spring length throttle closed 3.67" = 5½ lbs.
" " open 5" = 12 lbs.

This spring takes a permanent set if extended more than 6.75".

The accelerator pedal is noticeably heavier to operate and requires a load of 6½ lbs.
