HEAT TO THE OIL - PEREGRINE.

We want to try the effect of increasing the capacity of the bottom half on the Peregrine as a means of reducing oil consumption. We think that the best way to do this is to cut the end off the bottom half, which carries the oil pump, and bolt this in the ordinary way to the crankcase top half. We should like to drop the remainder of the crankcase by means of a distance piece made of sheet aluminium. We should be glad if you would rig something up for us on Per.4. Unit which you have at present in the Shop.
