Dear Sir,
We thank you for your letter of yesterday's date, and in reply to same beg to inform you, that we shall be pleased to forward you one of our Talbot Anti-Fog Pilot lamps, De Luxe Model, chromium plated complete, on trial.
This lamp is being despatched to you to-day under separate cover, and we trust you will receive same in good condition.
We are, also, enclosing herewith an illustrated brochure which fully describes the scientific principle of this lamp.
Apart from the lamp being highly efficient in fog, it affords an excellent non-dazzling driving beam for clear weather, and when fitted in pairs, speeds up to fifty miles per hour can be attained.
We have fitted these lamps to many Fire Engines and ambulances all over the country, and to Fleet Owners whose lorries travel long distances through districts where fogs and mist is prevalent.
