X7650 Extract from GWH{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux}1/HP19.8.26. REPORT ON CHASSIS 12-EX. EAC.VIII. AFTER 6000 MILES. X.7940. Dynamo. X.8671. Dynamo J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} Bearing bracket and brush holders fitted with narrower brush gear in accordance with EY/RD21/ML14.8.25. The outputs of the dynamo has been satisfactory. The brushes have become noisy during the run and can be heard when running slow. Examination of brush gear and commutator found them to be free from dust and clean; the brushes have remained free in their sockets. Starter Motor. X.8620. This has functioned O.K. during the test, condition of brush gear and commutator when examined were found clean. Actuator Box.
