13. If any employee is absent from work without leave or without reasonable excuse, that is in the absence of a Doctor's Certificate, or is persistently late we may report such absence or lateness to an N.S.O. The N.S.O. will direct the employee to perform his work at the proper times, if he is capable of doing so. 14. Employee may appeal against N.S.O. directions within 14 days after receiving instructions, and the matter shall be referred to the Local Appeal Board. 15. We shall - 1. Keep any records as the Minister may from time to time by notice direct. 2. Produce such records to any person acting on behalf of the Minister. 3. Permit authorised persons to inspect the premises. 16. The Order gives the Minister of Labour power to prosecute any person who does not comply with the terms of the Order. ----------------- | ||
