S. Motor G.2

The following are details of G motor revised and designated G.2.
This machine combines the deep slot type armature, and brush gear from A motor, with the carcase, poles, and field windings of G motor.

Particulars.

Poles with reduced cores.
Teazer winding, 36 turns per pole of 17SWG placed near the carcase. Resistance of winding taken between terminals; .402w at 45°C
Resistance of main winding taken between terminal and positive brush-holders; .0145w at 45°C.
Resistance of armature winding and brushes; .0119w at 45°C
Shaft thread; 55° 8' helix. 34 52' spiral.
