Method for draining oil from the 20 HP sump, noting Mr. Royce's agreement to not remove the undershield.

This however will be provided for in future 20 HPs.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} by the expected standardisation of the undershield with open bottom panels. As regards easy draining devices the view held is that these have been found to be a source of danger.
