Dear Sirs,
We are obliged by your communication of the 29th inst and thank you for the trouble you have taken in testing our Sanspareil Hand Brake Lever. Naturally we are very sorry to hear that it is not your intention to fit this lever, but at the same time your criticism and remarks are both encouraging and helpful to us and should you at a later date reverse your decision we shall be only too pleased to have a line from you.
The sample lever submitted, we note you are returning to us, but this is not as yet to hand.
Yours faithfully,
p.p.B.Smith & Son.
