Urgent memo seeking clarification on whether to standardize carbon brushes from British Carbons Ltd., pending information on their material composition.

Some days ago Wst. stated he had been informed that the Carbon Brushes manufactured by British Carbons Ltd. were made of re-ground carbon brushes.
We have been in communication with British Carbons and they now inform us that their brushes are made from virgin carbon. A copy of their letter is attached.
Please say whether you are in a position to standardise the brushes manufactured by British Carbons Ltd., as we are holding up orders for "Z" Series and 40/50 HP Chassis pending this information.
