To Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std. c. Br.{T. E. Bellringer - Repair Manager} c. D/BP. 361 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std.5/MH.{M. Huckerby}13.10.38. Referring to Br/G.2/G.6.7.38, this matter has been overlooked for some time, but we have tested the matrix unit for the fault suspected and there is no sign of same. There was, however, a small leak in the radiator matrix and the radiator shop have repaired this,- the radiator unit is being sent to the Repair Dept. and should presumably be good stock.
