modern use of a motor car is for all purposes and they
are not kept for use separately in town or country, as
may have been the case formerly.

As a basis for discussion in regard to Spain,
we would suggest 10% stiffer in front, 5% stronger at the
back, for all cars - and the same passenger and luggage
allowance as made for British cars.

Whatever is settled and agreed in regard to
Spain, would, we believe, be applicable to quite a number of
other Continental countries who are at present being given
the 20% stiffer springs.
