We wired you yesterday, as follows: -

SEND TWO NEW EXHAUST DOWN PIPES STOP PIPES BURNT THROUGH UNDER ASBESTOS LAGGING - LIDSEY

We have to-day received the new radiator, which we are fitting to the car. We are having to fit this radiator up with the old fittings off the other radiator. The new radiator was not fitted up with webbing or bottom water connections, or studs for same. We are having to face up the radiator and fit the studs in it for these bottom connections. It would simplify matters for us if it could be arranged that all parts sent out here be as completely fitted up as possible before leaving Derby.
