FOUR WHEEL BRAKES. X. 9940.

Referring to Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}3/LG18.6.24., we should like to point out that on N.sch.1780 there is shewn an oil catcher fastened to the brake drum, the object of which is to trap any oil coming out of the front hub. We presume from your remarks in the report that this has not yet been tried?
