HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} DEC 8 1922 RECEIVED X4237 GOSHAWK 11. FAN DRIVEN FROM DYNAMO DRIVE. We send you herewith drawing Nos Lec 1654 and 1655 shewing the above. The design is applicable to an existing engine and should be tried as soon as possible, to see if any benefit results as regards making the engine gears more silent running slowly. With this modification it is essential to use the spring mounted fan and drawing No. Lec 1655 shews the spring mounting suitable arranged for the changed angle of the fan belt.
