Blériot-Phi Cut-outs.
Not one of the four Blériot Phi cut-outs returned to us, after having been sent back to them for re-adjustment, is fit to put on a car. Whatever adjustment has been made has been carried out by someone who has not the least idea of the principle of the cut outs & they are very much worse now than
