In shop being assembled in accordance with specifications issued in HPS{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr}/WSC.{W. S. Cassel}6/BA.23.3.39 and HPS{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr}/WSC.{W. S. Cassel}3/BA.20.3.39. AG. promised completion of the Camshaft EB.4512 by Monday next 3.4.39. A similar shaft is also required for B.80 No.4 Unit, it was stated by AG. that this shaft would be completed in 10 days after completing the first one. WSC.{W. S. Cassel} was instructed to order a further 4 shafts, these are instructed under code BK.{A. Birkett - Commercial Manager}5.
