Dear "Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}",

Thanks for your telegram received today but I am very sorry to hear that you are not well. I hope this is nothing serious and consequently that you will be able to come over next Monday.

I have advised the Hotel people accordingly and will endeavour to make the necessary arrangements for you to try the 15-HP Citroen on your way down to Etampes.
