1245. To HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} HOTEL DE FRANCE, CHATEAUROUX, Indre, France. GWH{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux}/3/JAB. 5th January 1936. PARIS DEPOT. I called in at the Paris Depot and talked the matter of bearings over with Sr. and Allen. Sr. understands the position we are in, but is very disconcerted with the position. He is going to write to you and Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} with regard to the whole position. In the meantime, no main bearings are to be changed without there is a definite sign of roughness or complaint of oil failure. --------- G.W.H.Hancock G.W.H. | ||
