X.430. We have recently arranged a schedule of magneto bench tests through which all experimental magnetos will be put, usually before coming to decisions as to which of these shall be placed on experimental cars for further trial.

We have to date the results of two standard Watford K.6. magnetos and one Watford E.O. 6 magneto to report, but we have other magnetos by us which will/put through this series of tests, the following being the list of experimental magnetos we have with use for test :-

Watford type K.O.6.
R.{Sir Henry Royce} Bosch Z.R.6.
U.S.A. Bosch Z.R.6.
U.S.A. B.6.
Eisemann.
Dixie Aero 648.
Berling F.61
F.61
D.63.
Conner C.M.1.

Preliminary reports on these magnetos with the exception of the Dixie Aero 648 and the Conner C.M.1 have already been issued. That of the Dixie Aero 648 will be issued shortly. The Conner C.M.1 magneto we have recently received was described in the "Motor" of May 12th, 1920. reprint of which description is attached to Mr. Royce's copy.

This magneto will be further reported upon in due course.
