strongly with them, as we feel that the Shock Absorbers they supply to us are not receiving the attention that they should do, otherwise we should not be receiving two types of spring plates and washers such as we have submitted.

In addition, we have never considered that the method of preventing the bolt from turning by means of a locking pin has been satisfactory; as a matter of fact we had trouble in this connection originally, and the matter was taken up with them, but we now consider that this should be done away with entirely, and that the bolt should be provided with a Hexagon Head.

We hope that the makers will treat this matter seriously, and that they will meet our requirements, as it is absolutely essential that these shock absorbers are kept up to our usual standard, even if they have to make arrangements to supply us with specially selected ones, and not as supplied to other Firms.
