Dear Sir,

Re:- 2.RL.9 (F).

With reference to the International Circulation Permit Licence Disc No. 15541 issued to you by our Dover Office on the 11th instant with respect to the above registered vehicle, I would remind you that this document expires today in conjunction with your International Certificate for Motor Vehicles issued by the French Authorities.

In order that I may issue a further Permit for the balance of exemption due, it will be necessary for you to obtain and forward to me another International Certificate for Motor Vehicles issued by the French Authorities, together with the buff registration Card marked R.F.24a.

Alternatively, it will be necessary for you to remit to me the sum of £1. 0s. 0d. for the special temporary number plates which it will be essential for me to issue to you. If this course is necessary, when forwarding your remittance, would you also please advise me whether you wish to have two oblong plates supplied or one square and one oblong plate.

Your early attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Yours faithfully,

F.P. Armstrong
SECRETARY.
