Please receive herewith G.CD.269 Servo and Speedometer drives for B.111 Universal Gear Box.

The Servo Drive is similar in design to the Wraith 111 chassis (N.Sch.4922) the same distance pieces, washers and spring rings being used.

A new set of speedo drive gears has been produced to suit the existing centres on the gear box GB.2863 having a ratio of 25 to 9 and giving a speedometer cable speed of 790 revs. per mile.

A slot is to be filed in the gear box to allow oil to feed into a trough in the bearing and so lubricate the speedo drive shaft at the upper end.

Required for 1st. car.
