STELLITED SILCHROME VALVES.

Further running on these valves has shown that they crack. A closer examination of the valves which were run on the 15,000 mile test reveals that some of these have started to crack. The trouble seems to be that in stelliting the silchrome material is raised to too high a temperature, and, in consequence, is partially burned.

In view of these facts, will you please hold up putting silchrome valves on production until we have made further investigations.
