STANDARDISATION of CHASSIS PARTS

Description of Parts: DAMPERS FOR BRAKE DRUMS.
Origin: To reducer squeaking.
Experimental Test Report: This is a modified damper similar to those fitted to 'India' which can be fitted to existing 20 HP. cars without 4-wheel brakes.
Road Test Report: Similar dampers have run 21,000 miles on India chassis. Recommended for replacement in cases of complaint.
Decision: X C Scrap present stock and replace on all Chassis not yet handed to test.
