Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}16/R.{Sir Henry Royce} 28th July, 1937. 561 Mons. Jules Jadot, 48, Rue Royale, BRUSSELS. Dear Mons. Jadot, Lord Rothes has written to me stating that you are dissatisfied with the brakes on your 25/30 H.P. Rolls-Royce car. I am exceedingly sorry to hear of this trouble, and I have written at once to our Paris Depot to ask them to get in touch with you and try and arrange to have the car put in 100% condition. I can assure you that we have a very high opinion of the capabilities of our Paris Depot, and feel convinced that they can do the job as well as we can at Derby. Should there be anything abnormal about your car, I am sure they will communicate with me. I should be very glad if you would let me know if you are satisfied with the way they have dealt with the matter. Yours sincerely, | ||
