Confirmation of a phone message about propeller shaft whirl, proposing to shorten the universal joint distance to solve vibration issues.

I am satisfied that as propeller shafts whirl about 30% below our calculated speeds, that there is no mystery or secondary effect to account for vibration, and since it is impractical to increase the diameter much above 2.750" we must shorten the distance between the universals to about 42".
Bensport is to have a separate gearbox, and the Peregrine extension something like Hispano.
Make experimental rig to confirm whirling speeds.
