PHANTOM III CRANKSHAFT DAMPER.

Confirming our conversation will you please arrange to run a Phantom III crankshaft damper at a steady speed of 5000 r.p.m. This is to see whether the damping increase due either to the duck washers spreading under centrifugal force, or to the oil centrifuging out.
