We know it does not appear to do so on the Lancia, and we think it would be worth while, in view of the important results obtained from the use of a good deal of out of centre point, and the assistance that it gives us in design, to ascertain by experiment whether the steering is affected to any appreciable extent by one brake being either off or very poor.
