Dear Sirs,

E.W.6 Magneto - H.T. Brush Squeaks.

We beg to acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 20th. ulto., and regret that owing to the writer's temporary absence a reply has not been sent earlier.

We have tried various grades of brush and also impregnation by various materials and the brushes as we now use them (not impregnated) give the best results obtainable.

You will find that trouble from this cause is very unusual and occurs only when magnetos have been standing for some time in stores and that the noise will cease after the magneto has run a short time, without its being necessary to lubricate the brushes further than they have been lubricated by us before despatch,

Yours faithfully,

FOR AND ON BEHALF OF
NORTH & SONS, LTD.
