To Roy.{Sir Henry Royce} c. to G/Mt. c. to D/BP. r 6026. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.3/JH.3.3.36. Faulty Smith Electric Clock. Will you please arrange for the return to Messrs. Smith, for repair, of one of their 25 H.P. type chassis Empire electric clocks. The fault in this clock appears to be intermittent, and as it will run for short periods only, when it stops, and has to be started again by setting the hands. Another trouble appears to have been, the stripping of the thread on the locking screw, in the hand-setting knob. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. | ||
