A.R. Smith, Esq.,
General Manager,
Ford Motor Company, Ltd.,
Dagenham, ESSEX.

Dear Mr. Smith,

Thank you for your letter of December 8th.
I would like to come down and discuss the Cyanided Hardened Gears myself, and our Works Manager on the car side, Mr. Coverley, will be coming with me to look into the sand-blasting plant.

We shall be staying in London on Tuesday night, and hope to get to Dagenham by road Wednesday morning.

Incidentally, I believe Mr. Manning who was with Briggs Bodies in Detroit is now at Dagenham, and I should very much like to see him again if it is possible.

Yours sincerely,
