CHASSIS 3-AX-143 - ROWLAND PERKINS.

It is difficult to appreciate this man's com-
plaints without seeing him. We do not agree that our screw-
drivers are inferior to those obtainable from Woolworth's
for 6d.

It is incredible that a rattle in the steering
column and a squeaking noise in the rear suspension could not
be cured at the first attempt. The solution to steering
joggles is Wraith Wheel Movement, but as you yourself have
frequently pointed out, on English roads this is not really
a feature which ought to cause exasperation. It would appear
to us that Mx.{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} should interview this customer, and find out
what has reaaly produced his present state of mind.
