The extra clip seems to make it far more difficult to lift the bonnet than with two only, and I agree with your suggestion that the spring should be made weaker.

Side Lamp Brackets.

The brackets themselves appear to be a sound job but require a better support in the dashboard.

Mea Magneto.

We did not try this for particular slow running.

New Ventilation Scheme.

The floorboards were comfortably cool but there was a serious blast of hot air through the pedal gaps and I noticed in looking through these holes that there was a large gap in the undershield on the off side and apparently this blast of hot air was simply the hot air which was being delivered out of the louvred engine guards.
May I suggest that all experimental cars should have the various schemes efficiently fitted up in order that we may not be led to wrong conclusions.

Mercedes type Tappets.

These cannot be observed without taking them down.
