Continued report on the testing of a clock's circuit-breaking mechanism following a modification.

EFC/AHS.7.30 contd. -4- of which they admitted that "the arrangement for breaking the circuit when the battery ran down was not sufficiently robust or definite". They further stated that they have since perfected this matter and still have the clock by them. They have taken it up again and put it under test and have subsequently re-submitted it to us. At the time of writing this clock is on our bench test (normal running) upon which test it is so far behaving satisfactorily. EFC. | ||
