CHASSIS NO.3.BT.{Capt. J. S. Burt - Engineer}81. Sir Herbert Smith Bt.{Capt. J. S. Burt - Engineer}
-------------------------------------------

I attach BY/SB{Mr Bull/Mr Bannister}'s report on his visit to this Owner.
We are not very disappointed, as we quite expected Sir Herbert had reasons of his own for the attitude he takes, and I personally am perfectly satisfied that this car is now as good as anyone knows how to make it.

The position is that it is no longer an engineering problem as it was formerly, but is a Sales problem which we must leave in your hands.
