We have fitted pipes to these two and collected the oil. A bad oil leak is also coming from the drain hole or breather hole, under the tube of the change speed lever. We shall require as much oil for the Gearbox, as for the Engine if this is not stopped.

REAR AXLE.

Oil is drawing out of the O.S. tube out of the drain tube.

CHASSIS LUBRICATOR.

BWNG
The feed to the spring shackles is a number 2 bizur. We have fitted a number 3, as the bearings are dry, and springs have started to creak.

BWNG
The bizur supply to the centre cross steering tube ball joints, is insufficient and the spherical joint on the O.S. steering arm. These will be attended to.

We spent the whole of yesterday afternoon fitting up the filter, and curing oil leaks from the maze of oil pipes from water cooler to filter, pump, release valves, etc.,
To do this side tray and rear end of side steering tube had to be dismantled. Then the unions, turned round in the aluminum and no thin spanner to fit them.

The Clutch pit is swimming with oil.

The split pins in the bottom of the rear damper and roll rod connecting rods, have had the heads cut clean off by stones, and we found the pins half out. We have reversed the fitting of them.

WST
The main supply cable from the Battery running across the centre cross member had dropped, and was fouling the Propeller Shaft.
